"Search Filters Were Suspiciously Good"
I’m not saying they’ve cracked some secret internet code or anything, but the search on this site worked way better than I expected. It was quick, and the filters actually narrowed things down without turning the whole thing into a confusing mess. I found what I needed fast, which almost felt like they knew what I was looking for before I did. Simple site, no drama, no weird hassle.

I looked around expecting at least a few decent deals, but there wasn’t much to get excited about. You’d think there would be some worthwhile discounts, but I could barely find any.

I ordered a jacket from The Yes i was kind of waiting for that moment where it shows up and looks totally different, but nope, it was actually close to the pictures. The color looked almost the same in person, and the fit matched what I expected from the photos. The only thing I noticed was the fabric looked a little thicker online than it does in real life, which made me go, okay, slightly different than I imagined, but nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered from theyes.com. The tracking was really clear. I could see when it was packed, shipped, and out for delivery.
The updates came through fast. There was one small delay, but it was not a big deal. My parcel still arrived on the day they said it would.
The box looked fine. The item was in good shape too. It was an easy order with no stress. I would use them again.

Checkout was quick, honestly. I got through most of it without any trouble... though the payment page did lag a bit for me, which was kind of annoying. But yeah, overall it was still easy.

Some of the recommendations actually matched my style well, but a bunch of them felt kind of random at first. I guess that’s not a huge deal though, because it does seem to get better the more I browse. It’s just not super accurate yet, but it’s getting there.

I really appreciated that theyes.com showed the price right away, because I hate when you get halfway through something and suddenly there are extra fees popping up. This was just clear from the start, so I didn’t have to sit there guessing or wondering what the final total would be. Simple experience overall, and yeah, no weird surprises, which made it way easier to decide.

"Pretty decent, but the site could be easier to use"
I spent a little time on The Yes and overall it was okay, but getting around the site wasn’t always super straightforward. Some pages were fine, but other times I had to stop and figure out where I was supposed to click next.
It’s not a bad site or anything, it just didn’t feel as smooth as it could. I think the menus and search could be a bit clearer, and that would make the whole experience way less frustrating

"Really useful alerts most of the time!!"
I’ve been using theyes.com for a bit now, and the emails are way more relevant than I expected. It’s not just a bunch of random stuff I’d never click on, which is refreshing!!
The notifications are solid too. They usually show me items or brands I’ve actually checked out before, so it feels useful instead of annoying. Every now and then there are a few too many, but not enough for me to turn them off.
I’d give it 4 stars because it’s definitely helpful, but the timing could still be improved a little. Overall though, it’s been a good experience!!

I got my order confirmation email it didn’t make much sense. There wasn’t a clear breakdown of what I ordered, the dates were kind of all over the place, and you end up having to guess what was actually confirmed.

i mean, the product info was actually useful instead of just being a bunch of vague descriptions. The sizes, colors, and basic details were clear enough that I didn’t have to go searching around other places. It definitely made shopping a little quicker for me.

I’ve used The Yes a few times now, and the payments have been kind of hit or miss. One of mine took way longer than expected to clear, which was frustrating. It’s not the worst service I’ve dealt with, but it definitely made me feel like they’re more focused on holding onto money than making the process smooth for customers.

The box showed up crushed and barely taped together, which was frustrating. Luckily the item itself was okay, but whoever handled the packaging didn’t seem to take much care with it. This definitely needs to be packed better next time

I gave theyes.com a try because I thought it might have a nice mix of brands, but honestly... the selection felt limited for what I was looking for. A lot of the pieces had the same kind of vibe, and the sizes or colors I actually wanted were often missing.
It might be great if their style lines up with yours! For me, though, I got bored fairly quickly. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not enough variety to make me want to keep browsing.

"Delivery was way too slow"
I ordered a pair of shoes and the shipping took way longer than what it showed at checkout. It’s not even about wanting them instantly or anything, but the tracking barely updated and I ended up waiting almost three weeks. By the time they finally showed up, I didn’t really need them anymore. If shipping is going to be like this, I probably won’t order again.
